Shipping Information

Thank you for shopping with Petite Lune Boutique. We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Delivery Area

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date your order is dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as severe weather, courier delays or periods of high demand.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders under £50: £4.00 Standard Delivery

  • Orders of £50 or more: FREE Standard UK Delivery

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

We use trusted UK delivery providers, including:

  • Royal Mail

  • Evri

The courier used for your order may vary depending on your delivery location and the size of your parcel.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order.

We cannot accept responsibility for orders delayed, lost or delivered to an incorrect address where the information provided during checkout was inaccurate.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with Royal Mail or Evri to investigate the delivery and keep you informed throughout the process.

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sales@petitelune.boutique.

Where possible, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Photographs of the damaged item(s)

This helps us resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
